CamBio takes part in the Project Knowcities, sponsored by the EU

CamBio has been identified as one of the key agents for the economy of knowledge in Seville. As such, it will be part of the small work group in charge of examining the report ‘Study on the Economy of Knowledge in Seville’. This report is being produced by Seville Council’s agency Sevilla Global within the framework of Project Knowcities, sponsored by the EU.
The ‘Study on the Economy of Knowledge in Seville’, the draft for which has already been presented and discussed in a seminar celebrated on March 15, identifies the essential factors for the economy of knowledge in Seville and its metropolitan area, and is divided into two parts: the first presents several key indicators and a diagnosis of the city’s main productive clusters; the second identifies policies for the support of the economy of knowledge.
Within the framework of Project Knowcities, CEI CamBio is working alongside other organisations such as AICIA, FIDETIA, CSIC, CTA, Fundación Fidias and ABENGOA.
