This is a professional cross-sector federation operating at the regional level and aimed at the coordination, representation, management, promotion and defence of entrepreneurial interests. It is institutionally and legally autonomous and fully qualified for the development of its functions. The CEA was born in Antequera (Málaga) in January 1979 to embody the hopes of a select group of entrepreneurs from all Andalusian provinces. Today it has become the most representative entrepreneurial association, is present in all territories and productive sectors and embraces over seven hundred and fifty Andalusian entrepreneurial associations including large companies, small and medium enterprises and freelancing professionals.
