This institution was created in 1960 in the facilities of the Tunisian Institute des Haute Etudes, attached to the University of Paris since its creation in 1945. From the outset, the institution’s objective was to educate its students in a wide range of scientific disciplines. Since its creation, it has undergone a process of permanent growth, importantly contributing to the development of Tunisia.
