Workshop: IV Research Meeting on Risk Management and Control

IV RESEARCH MEETING ON RISK MANAGEMEN T & CONTROL

It is with great pleasure that we introduce you to the IV Research Meeting on Risk Management & Control, an international event that allows for the exchange of ideas and feedback, in a friendly and warm atmosphere, for researchers interested in various topics related to risk management and control.

Send an Extended abstract (2-3 pages) to jmramjer@upo.es before  10 th January 2022 indicating in the title of the email IV Research Meeting on Risk Management & Control

Notification of acceptance: 15th January  2022. 

Registration: Free of charge by email before 20th January 2022 at jmramjer@upo.es 

The event will take place on 27 th  January 2022 Online, hosted by the Financial Economics and Accounting Department of Universidad Pablo de Olavide (Seville-Spain). Due to the still present global pandemic, of course, all the sessions will take place online. In this edition, we look forward to fostering discussions related to the three special issues, from MDPI, behind the event.

First, within the Journal of Risk and Financial Management, the special issue named “Advances in International Management Research”, calls for research related to management control and risk management in IB or governance of international networks (more information in https://www.mdpi.com/journal/jrfm/special_issues/AIMR. This journal, which has been listed in Journal Citation Indicator (JCI) and is ranked in Q1 in Business and Finance Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), will offer a 50% fee reduction for publication to papers aimed at the aforementioned special issue. Secondly, Processes journal, JCR Q3 in Chemical, offers a 50% discount in five papers aimed at the “Industrial Management Control Systems for Sustainable Development” special issue https://www.mdpi.com/journal/processes/special_issues/industrial_management_control.

Finally yet importantly, “Integrated Governance Mechanisms for Empowerment and Resilience in International Food Value Chains” special issue, within MDPI journal Foods, JCR Q2 engages with the event discounts are available for authors contributing to this event and wishing to publish in the journal https://www.mdpi.com/journal/foods/special_issues/integrated_governance_mechanisms.
