Professor Quattrone is a renowned scholar in accounting and governance, currently holding the position of Professor of Accounting, Governance and Society at Alliance Manchester Business School (AMBS) and directing the Centre for the Analysis of Investment Risk. His academic journey includes key roles at leading institutions such as the University of Edinburgh Business School, University of Oxford, and IE Business School, among others. He has held visiting and research positions globally, including Stanford, Bocconi, and Kyoto universities.
A recipient of the prestigious 2022 EIASM Interdisciplinary Leader Award, Professor Quattrone has significantly contributed to research on accounting as a social and decision-making tool, exploring its historical, conceptual, and practical dimensions. His work highlights how historical perspectives can redefine accounting practices and uncover innovative approaches to governance and decision-making
