On June 15-16 (Thursday and Friday), we will celebrate the "15th International Research Seminar on Accounting History" at the Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Seville, Spain.

Our guest speaker will be Salvador Carmona (IE University, Madrid, Spain) (CV: https://www.ie.edu/business-school/faculty-and-research/faculty/salvador-carmona/), and the title of his lecture will be

"Accounting History Research and the Theorization of Accounting."

If you are interested in presenting a paper, please submit an extended abstract to fguthid@upo.es by April 10th (with a maximum deadline of April 17th, Monday).

Please note that all presented papers will have a discussant.

Here is some important information about the event:

  • The seminar is scheduled to begin in the early afternoon of Thursday, June 15th, and end at noon on Friday, June 16th, after a meal.
  • Proposals must be submitted by April 10th (with a maximum deadline of April 17th, Monday).
  • Acceptance notifications will be sent before Monday, April 24th.
  • The registration deadline is May 15th. The cost is €95 before this date and €150 after.
