Abstract
This study investigates via an experiment the interaction effect between the detail level of information (relative performance information and non), and the type of tasks (Conjunctive, Disjunctive and Additive) on groups' performance in a multi-period context.The research question seeks to answer whether if the effect of RPI in an environment under group incentive depend on the type of task . Our results show that there are differences in group´s performance depending on interdependence task and the level information for each scenario.
