An overview on the quark content of the Standard Model: where do we stand?
The Standard Model of Elementary Particles is an extremely successful theory. Still, by itself, it does not give any clue about the masses of its constituents, such an important parameter, a "mystery" left to us. In this talk, I will focus on the quark content of the Standard Model and I will review our knowledge of such masses with hints toward what is next to come.
