Pablo de Olavide University is pleased to welcome Norwegian students!
The Spanish language courses have a teaching load of 3 hours per week except for the intensive elementary SPAN 101-102 course which meets 6 hours per week (12 ECTS credits).
Students at the intermediate level may combine Spanish grammar, composition and conversation classes for a total of 9 contact hours per week (18 ECTS credits).
Students at the advanced level are also able to combine Spanish grammar, composition and conversation classes for a total of 9 contact hours per week (18 ECTS credits). In addition, students may take a wide variety of courses in Spanish such as Spanish culture, history, literature, history of art, etc.
The courses in both programs are semester courses and run from September to December or from January to May.
Once you have chosen your program, you can apply through our website. Once the course reservation has been completed, we will send you a formal admission letter so that you can apply for a grant. After you have paid for the course, you will receive a letter confirming your enrollment.
At the end of the semester, you will receive a University transcript with the courses you have taken, the grades received and the ECTS credits obtained. Should you need an additional letter which includes the language level that you have reached and the number of hours, we will be happy to provide you with one.
