The research group "Antigo Regime nos Trópicos: Centro de Estudos sobre a Dinâmica Imperial no Mundo Português, séculos XVI-XIX" (ART/UFRJ) is organizing, between October 7 and November 4, 2021, the International Seminar "Antigo Regime nos Trópicos: 20 anos". The event will feature 10 round tables and 43 researchers from renowned universities and research centers in Brazil, Europe and the United States.
On Thursday, October 7, Professor Bartolomé Yun Casalilla (UPO) will participate in the round table entitled Comparações entre Monarquias Ibéricas together with Professors Stuart Schwartz (Yale University) and Nuno Gonçalo Monteiro (Universidade de Lisboa) from 9:00 to 12:00 Brazilian time (14:00- 17:00 Spanish time).
The seminar will be broadcasted online on the Youtube channel ART and Facebook.Certificates for the assistants will be provided.
