Nazanin Lajevardi holds a university degree in Spanish Language and Translation from Azad University in Tehran. From 2006 to 2009 she completed two postgraduate courses at the Complutense University of Madrid entitled “Europe, 21st Century: Philosophy and Social Sciences” and “Information and Knowledge Society”. She collaborated with the THEORIA- EMUI research group (UCM-940052) from 2006 to 2010. She continued her academic training in 2021, studying a MA in “International Communication” at the University of Cadiz. Currently, she is a PhD student at the Pablo de Olavide University and her line of research is about translation and interpreting in Farsi-Spanish combination in the field of international protection in Spain, while working as a freelance interpreter.
