Jean-Baptiste Harguindéguy

Jean-Baptiste Harguindéguy is PhD in Social and Political Science (European Univeristy Institute of Florence) and professor at the Universidad Pablo de Olavide (Seville, Spain). He has been working in different universities and research centres in Spain, France, Italy and Canada. His research deals with territorial governance, comparative politics in Europe and public policy. He has published different papers and books on cross-border co-operation, minority languages, public policy theory, the impact of the Great Depression on regional autonomy, intergovernmental conflicts, indexes of decentralisation, peripheral elites in central states institutions and Independence referendums.
