Abstract: The presentation analyses governance processes developed in the frameworks of urban regeneration projects, as participatory initiatives oriented to reduce levels of vulnerability in specific urban spaces. The paper presents some evidences based on a comparative case study showing the explanatory mechanisms of different governance network, as well as their impact in different urban contexts (types of neighborhoods).
