Research
The Department of Business Administration at the University Pablo de Olavide de Sevilla in order to disseminate and facilitate discussion of the ongoing work of their teachers edit the present series of Working Papers. To ensure maximum dissemination Series is registered in RePEc and service EDIRC: Economics Departments, Institutes and Research Centers in the World.
The series considers work disciplines: Business Organisation, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance and Accounting. However, for the collection can be of help to the widest possible spectrum of researchers, may also be considered other disciplines or work from other universities. Jobs are subject to a blind review process of at least one evaluator of prestige in the reference area.

Normas de envío
- Los trabajos estarán relacionados preferentemente, aunque no exclusivamente, con las áreas de Organización de Empresas, Recursos Humanos, Marketing, Finanzas y Contabilidad.
- La extensión de los trabajos será libre. Sin embargo, sería deseable que tuviesen la extensión normal en una revista de referencia del área.
- En la primera página se incluirá el título del trabajo, nombres de los autores, Universidad de referencia y datos de contacto. En la segunda se incluirá el título, resumen y palabras clave (entre tres y cinco). La tercera comenzará con el título y a continuación el primer punto del trabajo.
- Los apartados irán numerados consecutivamente. El texto deberá seguir el formato Times New Roman, tamaño 12, justificado, interlineado doble, con sangría de primera línea a 1,25. Las figuras, cuadros y tablas deberán insertarse en el lugar exacto en el que los autores desean que aparezca. Los títulos de estas figuras aparecerán en negrita y centrados, con Times New Roman, tamaño 12. La fuente se incluirá en la parte inferior, Times New Roman, cursiva, tamaño 10, justificado.
- El apartado de referencias bibliográficas se indicará como "Referencias" sin incluir número de apartado. Se recomienda tomar como referencia la plantilla que se ofrece como muestra del formato
- Las referencias bibliográficas considerarán los formatos siguientes:
