Username and password

If you forgot your UPO username and/or password, just follow the following steps:

1.‐ Visit UPO website: https://www.upo.es

2.‐ Click on the "acceso personalizado" link that you will find at the top right corner of your screen and select one of the following options:

Did you forget your password? “Olvidó su contraseña”

Did you forget your username? “Olvidó su usuario”

3.‐ Once you are in, you will only need to follow the on-screen steps. You will be asked for the identification document with which you registered in our system, as well as the email address you provided to the university for contact.
