Comparative Cultural Studies: European and Latin American Perspectives has been awarded the FECYT Quality Seal at the 9th edition in 2025 (certificate number FECYT-695/2025), valid until 19 December 2027. The journal has also received a commendation for its good editorial practices in gender equality. This accolade acknowledges its adherence to criteria concerning editorial and scientific quality, transparency, professional management and evaluation processes, visibility, and exemplary editorial practices.

The journal is included in various indexes, directories, databases and academic discovery services that facilitate the identification, retrieval and dissemination of its content. These include DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals), Dialnet, Latindex Catálogo 2.0, ERIH PLUS, OpenAlex and ROAD. It is also part of the Diamond Discovery Hub, which brings together diamond open-access academic journals managed by institutions and scientific communities.

The journal's editorial and open access policies are registered on Open Policy Finder (formerly Sherpa/RoMEO), while its published articles are assigned persistent digital identifiers (DOIs) via Crossref. These identifiers facilitate the stable location, correct identification and incorporation of works into scientific communication networks.

The journal is committed to continuous improvement, with the aim of strengthening editorial quality, transparency, interoperability, digital preservation, and the responsible expansion of its presence in national and international scientific information systems.
