Can we speak about a feminist thought in the French literary scene? Which lasting marks have feminist claims left throughout History in French works’ writers?

This anthology will provide a peculiar tour by means of various women writers and their claiming feminist texts from the late middle Ages to the most immediate present. Women whose quality of writing deserve to have a prominent place in the French and international literary scene, nowadays. This manual will therefore attempt to make visible many of those French writers who were forgotten and discriminated against for a historiography which still introduce them drop by drop and sometimes as an exception, in many of the most recent published books. However, as long as this gender discrimination remains to be a European literature evidence, this kind of debate will be only able to be counteracted with publications which highlight all times feminine writings like the purpose of this anthology.
