Monograph Atrio 1 - Not just muses. Women creators in Ibero-American art

Abstract: Not just muses, try to give visibility to the artistic, material and intellectual production of creative women in the contemporary Ibero-American context, as well as recognizing and including her discourses and reflective positions. In this edition, some researchers provide studies of artistic movements led by women or the analysis of works and projects that are elaborated from a gender perspective, but also, a voice is given to different creators, opening the opportunity of reflection and analysis of creation process written by the same artists.
The works presented here, comes from different geographies of Latin America and Spain, as well as different methodological approaches and artistic manifestations, from literary studies to pictorial, performance or video creation, among individual and collective creation, practices of associationism and diffusion.
