Revisión bibliográfica sistemática sobre la accesibilidad y la utilización de los servicios sanitarios por parte de los inmigrantes bangladeshíes en Grecia

La migración de ciudadanos de Bangladesh a Grecia ha aumentado en las últimas décadas, y muchos de ellos han entrado al país sin documentación y se enfrentan a condiciones de trabajo precarias. Este estudio examina el impacto de estas condiciones de vida y de trabajo en la salud de los migrantes de Bangladesh, así como en su acceso y utilización de los servicios de atención sanitaria. Utilizando el método PRISMA, se realizó una revisión exhaustiva de la literatura en PubMed, Scopus y Google Scholar, que reveló importantes barreras a las que se enfrentan estos migrantes. Muchos trabajan en entornos peligrosos durante muchas horas, lo que da lugar a resultados perjudiciales para la salud exacerbados por las desigualdades sistémicas, el racismo y la explotación debido a su condición de indocumentados. El acceso a la atención sanitaria está muy limitado, obstaculizado por la falta de números de seguridad social, los altos costes, las barreras lingüísticas y el bajo nivel de alfabetización sanitaria. La revisión sistemática destaca que los grupos especialmente vulnerables, como los refugiados irregulares, sufren la mayor exclusión de los servicios de atención sanitaria. En general, las conclusiones indican que es urgente que Grecia adopte reformas políticas para mejorar las condiciones de vida y de trabajo de los migrantes, velando por que se satisfagan sus necesidades sanitarias y se protejan sus derechos humanos. Es esencial adoptar un enfoque más inclusivo y amplio para abordar los desafíos que enfrentan los migrantes bangladesíes en Grecia.Descargas
