El sistema de cooperación frente a la crisis del desarrollo

This article is devoted to analyse some of the key questions about the ongoing crisis in the development cooperation system that could be seen at the Monterrey Conference in 2002. In the paper some technical interpretations of the crisis as the efficacy, the impact, or the aid management are given but the author thinks that other explanations as the changes in the development conceptualisations and how they affect the cooperation practice are more appropriate to understand the problem.
