The Journal of Critical Economics arises for the initiative of the participants in the Conference on Critical Economy, to promote the scientific debate of critical economic thought by offering a support for the publication of contributions in this line, from broad and interdisciplinary approaches and themes, fostering dialogue between often complementary orientations.

The Journal aims to provide a vehicle for academic expression for economists and other social scientists dissatisfied with conventional approaches. The contents and editorial line of the Journal of Critical Economics are aimed at the academic world, as well as other professionals and scholars with a critical vocation.

The publication rules and a rigorous peer evaluation system, with anonymous and constructive evaluation by qualified specialists, guarantees the quality and interest of the journal's content.

The Journal of Critical Economics is an open access journal, and readers have the right to download, copy, distribute, print, search or link the full texts of the articles, appropriately citing the source. Authors retain the copyright of their works.
