La crisis del neoliberalismo

This paper is devoted to analyze the present economic crisis and its relation with the neoliberal model that has been ruling capitalist economies in the last thirty years. First, I present the main characteristics of neoliberal model. Second, I discuss present economic crisis related with those traits, in short, the role of the financial sector, the structure of the real economy, and the influence of ecological crisis are considered. The third section is devoted to study the specific traits of the Spanish economic crisis as an specific case of the general model.
