Introduction to the special monograph on "Legal-criminological debates on Law 10/2022 of 6 September, also known as the 'only yes is yes' law"

Abstract

Sexuality is one of the most sensitive areas of the human being and, consequently, any issue affecting its penal regulation tends to give rise to great controversy. These conceptions not only have debatable effects not only on sexual aggression, but also on all penal concepts aimed at protecting sexual freedom. Faced with the convulsive situation described, it is convenient and necessary to analyse in depth the consequences of the changes already produced and those that threaten to come.
