IX International Workshop on Human Resource Management

The International Human Resource Management Workshop is a bi-annual international conference that brings together around a hundred academics from different universities all over the world from the research area of Human Resource Management .

Its main objective is to encourage participation of high-level speakers and to promote knowledge exchanges through presentations of HRM studies.

This edition guest speakers are:

- Herman Aguinis (Indiana University, USA)

- Riccardo Peccei (King´s College London, OK).
