Decision Making in Cell Collectives Launching Meeting

The Andalusian Centre for Developmental Biology (CABD), has recently been nominated, by the Spanish State Research Agency, as a “María de Maeztu Unit of Excellence”, in recognition of its achievements in the field of Developmental Biology. With the aim to launch our Unit, we are organizing this international meeting that brings together world top scientists in this field and Principal Investigators from the CABD.

Session topics include research being carried out by Keynote speakers (see poster) and CABD groups, ranging from morphogenesis of complex organs and tissues to functional genomics in development and evolution.

The meeting format provides the time and atmosphere to promote exchange of ideas and foster interdisciplinary collaborations.

There is a limited number of attendees who will be selected on a first comes first serves basis.

The meeting lasts one day, with an afternoon/evening session on Thursday, 5 April and a morning session on Friday, 6 April. The programme includes plenary sessions by keynote speakers and short talks by PIs from the CABD:
