Focus and Scope
Ambigua: Revista de Investigaciones sobre Género y Estudios Culturales is an on-line monographic journal which deals with topics within gender and cultural studies field from an interdisciplinary approach. The journal welcomes essays written in Spanish, French, English, as well as Catalan.
Peer Review Process
All submissions will be reviewed anonymously by members of the editorial board as well as evaluated anonymously (double-blind) by two specialists from the journal’s international board of referees. In case of discrepancy, the Editor may request a review of a third evaluator.
- The evaluators are external to the Editorial Board. Their evaluation will be binding on the decision-making.
- Methodological revisions are carried out for the review of specific articles.
