SOBERANÍA TECNOLÓGICA Y GOBIERNO ABIERTO. PROFUNDIZANDO EN LAS NECESIDADES DEMOCRÁTICAS DE LA PARTICIPACIÓN DESDE LA TECNOPOLÍTICA
Abstract
Términos como Open Government (OG) y Open Data están hoy en día en boca de todos: aparecen cuando nos acercamos a los debates que se dan sobre la profundización democrática, la innovación política o incluso la tan manida regeneración. Parece como si alrededor de estas nociones se concentraran las esperanzas sociales para llevar a un nuevo nivel los sistemas democráticos. En este trabajo presentaremos un acercamiento crítico al Open Government a través del marco que nos brinda el concepto de Soberanía Tecnológica, lo que nos llevará a cuestionarnos elementos que son habitualmente dejados fuera de la reflexión.Downloads
