LOS LÍMITES DE LA REPRESENTATIVIDAD POLÍTICA Y LAS ALTERNATIVAS DE LA DEMOCRACIA LÍQUIDA
Abstract
La democracia contemporánea se debate entre el vaivén de los modelos representativos y participativos. En ambos, la soberanía no ha encontrado total satisfacción. Por tanto, para superar dicho dilema es necesario evaluar los tipos de representación y los instrumentos de participación con el objetivo de alcanzar un tercer modelo: la Democracia Líquida. Aquí se exponen sus tres versiones: directa, mediada en los espacios ganados por partidos sin representantes partidarios y mediada por representantes proxies ad hoc. Se describe su capacidad de deliberación y la inclusión de Internet en la misma. Finalmente se elaboran algunas discusiones respecto a los límites de los argumentos expuestos y se concluye con las advertencias sobre sus alcances.Downloads
