CINE E HISTORIA EN LIBANO DESDE UNA PERSPECTIVA DE GÉNERO: ¿HACIA DÓNDE VAMOS?
Abstract
Inmersos en un mundo donde predomina la imagen es necesario reflexionar sobre las repercusiones que ella tiene en la percepción de nuestro pasado. Los productos visuales crean significados a partir del imaginario que construyen. No obstante lo cual, el film, imagen o no de la realidad, documento o ficción, intriga naturalista o pura fantasía, es historia. Se observa, no sólo como obra de arte sino también como un producto, una imagen objeto cuya significación va más allá de lo puramente cinematográfico; de acuerdo a Marc Ferro2 , no cuenta sólo por aquello que atestigua, sino por el acercamiento socio-histórico que permite. Es, por lo tanto, un elemento que no podemos despreciar a la hora de emprender un análisis. El film seleccionado se titula Et maintenant, on va où? –¿Hacia dónde vamos?– (Nadine Labaki, 2011). Conduciremos nuestro análisis, desde una perspectiva de género, destacando las condiciones desiguales de poder entre mujeres y hombres así como su representatividad. Destacándose, no sólo desde el análisis interno al film sino también, referente al contexto socio-histórico de Líbano, considerándose como producto de un sistema de relaciones de poder y tensiones históricas que deberán deconstruirse para una mayor comprensión.Downloads
