LA FUNDAMENTACIÓN TEÓRICA DEL TERROR DE ESTADO EN LA FILOSOFÍA JURÍDICA NACIONALSOCIALISTA DE KARL LARENZ
Abstract
El papel y relevancia de las figuras y personajes del mundo académico en la fundamentación y legitimación de la represión estatal realizada por el régimen nazi. Los principales fundamentos intelectuales del Derecho y del Estado desde el punto de vista de la filosofía jurídica nacionalsocialista, elaborados por el conocido jurista alemán Karl Larenz. El ataque contra la idea de la persona jurídica de base kantiana, entendida esta como portadora de derechos y obligaciones. La estigmatización social de los sujetos desde el absoluto moral nacionalsocialista; y las consecuencias de dicha estigmatización en la llamada Jurisprudencia Alemana del Terror.Downloads
