The environmental challenges facing humanity are general, serious and pressing, climate change being the final stage of this phenomenon . Traditional methods of dealing with the problem will not work as experience confirms. The objective of this work is to propose a new political approach to address the problem. We will start from the general postulates of the ecological paradigm, a new current of thought directly focused on the problem, without prejudice to a holistic approach to all reality. From these principles we will extract their political consequences in the key of basic principles, which are adequate to solve the problem with due haste.
