Abstract

Cette communication prétend effectuer une analyse de l'arrêt de la Cour Constitutionnelle espagnole en relation avec le contrat d'appui aux entrepreneurs, lequel établit une durée excessive de la période d'éssai. Ce bref étude analyse les argumentations juridiques de la Cour en les comparant avec les arguments du vote dissident de trois magistrats.

This paper aims to conduct an analysis of the decision of the Spanish Constitutional Court in relation to the contract of support to entrepreneurs, which establishes an excessive length of the trial period. This brief study analyzes the legal arguments of the Court by comparing them with the arguments of the dissenting vote of three judges
