Fight against social exclusion and poverty. The necessary ratification in Spain of the revised European Social Charter and its Additional Protocol providing for a system of collective complaints

The main objective of this paper is to present poverty and social exclusion as a violation of human rights, through the analysis of article 30 of the revised European Social Charter and part of the case law emanating from the European Committee of Social rights. This rule, without having been ratified by Spain, would be a reinforcement of the system of protection of the social rights in our country that goes through a disturbing social situation, given the alarming levels of poverty that still persist.
