Abstract: Therefore, this article presents the research carried out to try to discover what organizational gaslighting is. Furhemore, we go one step further: we analyze the possible link between organizational gaslighting and workplace suicide.
This phenomenon, whose analysis has its philosophical roots in the framework of practical ethics and biopolitics, unfolding different questions that refer to manipulation, the undermining of the moral autonomy of the individual, as well as the development of dynamics of control and dominance within organizations.
