EDUCAR EN INTERNET. UNA PROPUESTA PARA LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DEMOCRÁTICA DE LA RED
Abstract
Internet puede ser un lugar oscuro y peligroso o una herramienta brillante y educativa para niños y adolescentes. A menudo consideramos que podemos medir sus peligros –la propaganda racista, la pornografía, el acoso cibernético o el chantaje sexual–. No obstante, deberíamos ir más allá las amenazas o de perspectivas idealistas sobre Internet. Necesitamos mejorar nuestro conocimiento sobre Internet. Deberíamos estimular un debate público sobre el futuro de la red. Las administraciones públicas y los sistemas educativos deberían promover una educación en Internet para niños y adolescentes. De esta forma, desarrollaríamos una herramienta tanto humanística como técnica que mejoraría la democracia.Downloads
