Abstract
Los fundamentos iusnaturalistas del pensamiento político de Adolf Hitler y Alfred Rosenberg y su posterior influencia en la creación de la filosofía jurídica nacionalsocialista alemana. Los principales fundamentos intelectuales del Derecho y del Estado desde el punto de vista de la filosofía jurídica nacionalsocialista, elaborados por los conocidos jurista alemanes Karl Larenz y Carl Schmitt, y las consecuencias de sus fundamentaciones en la represión estatal realizada por el régimen nazi.Downloads
