Abstract

The Social Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community does not apply to a worker of a Sheltered Workshop the usual jurisprudence of the Supreme Court that determines that the specific agreement Centers and care services for people with disabilities should be applied. Determines the application of the cleaning labour agreement, the activity carried out by the worker, based on the absence of a special employment relationship, proven by the absence of personal and social adjustments that the protected company was required to provide. The assignment of workers of sheltered workshops within groups of companies is also questioned.
