CONTRAOFENSIVA NEO-CONSERVADORA EN LATINOAMÉRICA
Abstract
Existe una hipótesis generalizada, por parte de un amplio abanico de economistas heterodoxos como Rapoport (2010), entre otros, de que el año 2001 en Argentina, fue un punto de inflexión del modelo neoliberal. Lo que impulso a nivel regional, la articulación de un proyecto contrahegemónico que podemos denominar como Modelo de Neo-Desarrollista. Confrontando con esta hipótesis, en este artículo argumentaré que la “supuesta crisis del modelo neoliberal” propia del 2001, si bien logró apuntalar una fuerza política global en la región de Sud América, el periodo de transformaciones y conflictividad social no logró cristalizar una alternativa a la neoliberal.Downloads
